It helps prevent boredom, reduces stress, and tackles behavioral challenges. Carmen Schweizer

With over two decades of experience as a dog trainer, Carmen brings not only expertise but also passion for working with both humans and dogs to every training session. Her ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way makes her one of the most sought-after trainers in Switzerland.

She has since continuously expanded her expertise through ongoing education at prestigious institutions. After establishing her independent practice in 2008, she joined Verhaltenstherapie.vet's expert speaking team as a coach in 2022.

Carmen shares her life with her husband Daniel and their beloved dogs: her spirited Beauceron Hadie and Daniel's companion Rubio. Together, they form a dynamic family unit dedicated to understanding and enriching the lives of both dogs and their humans. Beyond her professional passion for dogs, Carmen embraces life's creative pleasures - from tending to her garden and crafting beautiful home decorations to exploring culinary adventures paired with fine wines. Her commitment to wellness shines through her dedication to yoga, while her adventurous spirit takes her traveling to discover new horizons and experiences.

Daniel Schweizer

With over 20 years of experience, Daniel is known for his expert knowledge and genuine passion for dog training. He has a special love for working with puppies and young dogs, believing that these early stages are the key to a happy and harmonious bond between people and their canine companions. His mission: to give dogs and their humans the best possible start and lay the foundation for a lifetime of trust and connection.

• Head of animalcoach.ch (Biel location): Together with his wife Carmen, Daniel has been shaping the dog training landscape in Switzerland. Their dog training school is one of the leading centers for behavioral counseling and modern dog training.

🎓 Education & Certifications: Daniel began his journey in 2007 as a coach at the Biel Canine Association and took his skills to the next level in 2010 by starting his education as a dog instructor with Certodog. He’s constantly expanding his knowledge through courses and certifications, both locally and internationally. Since 2013, he’s been living his passion as a full-time dog trainer.

🐶 Personal Note

Daniel lives in Ipsach, Switzerland, near the beautiful Lake Biel, with his wife Carmen and their two dogs: Rubio, his lively and fun-loving companion, and Hadie, Carmen’s loyal Beauceron. When he’s not training dogs, Daniel is a passionate sports fan with a particular love for ice hockey. As a true rock’n’roller, he enjoys nothing more than classic rock tunes. Daniel and Carmen also share a love of travel, often heading off to nearby countries for adventures, always with a good glass of wine to toast the day.

Guido Kaelin

Guido, as you may have guessed from the last name, is Corinne's husband. While he doesn’t have formal training as a dog trainer, he holds a Master of Business Administration and has over 20 years of leadership experience in international corporations. He coordinates our IT partners and manages the administrative aspects of DOGLi. Additionally, his two two-legged and eight four-legged family members always keep him on his toes.
