How can I download the app?
You can download the app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). Simply search for DOGLi and click on "Install".
What do I see when first opening the app?
When you first open the app, you'll arrive at the HOME screen. There, you'll see various categories with videos and at the bottom, the main navigation with HOME, LIBRARY (with subcategories of all DOGLi videos), SOCIAL (where you can make posts and see posts from dogs around the world), and MY DOG (where you can personalize the app after registration). At the top right, you'll find the settings and notifications.
What languages are available and how can I set them?
The app is built in English and German. By default, the app will be displayed in English unless you have set German as your primary or secondary language in your phone's language settings.
How do I sign up for the free version and enter my dog's profile?
To sign up for free, open the app and click on the "My Dog" button at the bottom right. Then enter your dog's name, your email address, and a secure password.
What should I do if I forgot my password or want to change it?
If you want to change your password, click on the settings icon at the top right and then find the option "Change Password" under "User Account". If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You will then receive instructions on how to reset your password.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take the security of your data very seriously. Our app uses advanced security measures to protect your personal information. We never share your data with third parties unless it's necessary for technical reasons. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
How can I give feedback about the app?
We appreciate your feedback! You can leave a review on the App Store by opening the App Store on your device and searching for the DOGLi app. Then click on the DOGLi app icon to go to the app page. Scroll down until you see the option "Ratings & Reviews" and click on it. Choose the number of stars you want to give the app and write your review. Then click "Submit" to send your review.
How can I share the app with my friends?
You can easily share the app with your friends by sending them a link to the app. Go to the settings in the app at the top right and select the option "Invite Friends". You can share the link via email, SMS, or social media. Thank you!
Who can see my posts?
Your posts can be seen by all other users of the DOGLi app. All users can also "woof" (like) your posts.
How do I find other dogs?
You can find other dogs by using the search function within "Social" (the second-to-last icon at the bottom) and typing in the name. You can then follow this dog, and all followed dogs will appear in your "My Dog" section.
Why can't I see my videos?
Your videos may not appear if they are still being uploaded (which can take a few minutes), if they were reported by other users and were still under moderation, or if they violate our terms of service.
How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you have disabled auto-renewal in the subscription settings of the App Store.
The videos have no sound.
That's correct. All videos uploaded by users have no sound to prevent copyright violations.
What should I do if my app crashes?
Wow, that shouldn't happen. Just close the app completely and restart it. If the problem persists, contact our customer service via the website www.DOGLi.app
